I'm interested in the 38-55 Target rifle. I have read allot about the difficulties reloading cast bullets for it. Can anyone please explain the proper prodecure for 'slugging'.

Fishing sinkers and Wooden Dowels always work here.
Perhaps this will help you out a little. It's for a Mosin, but same principle.
