I have two ? about Ruger three screw Blackhawks, please..

The first is where can I find an approximate value of this pistol?  I'd rate it 95% or better, .357 magnum, 7.5 inch barrel.   Second, this one has never been sent in for Ruger's transfer bar safety conversion.  Will sending it in and having this done lessen any value it has?  Thanks!

I assume that it is one of the later Old Model's (ears on either side of the rear sight) and not a Flat Top. The barrel should be 6 1/2". I picked one up in excellent condition a few months ago for $340 which I thought was a good deal. Pricing varies by region or state as well. IF it is a Flat Top it is worth considerably more. I see no reason to convert the Old Model guns and do believe that, in the end, it devalues the piece even though all of the old parts can be reinstalled. Ruger will stamp your frame when they do the conversion.

Thanks for the reply.  Yes it is one of the later models, made in either '69 or '70 as far as I can tell.  Ruger stamps the frame? Not mine they won't.  I thank you for the warning!   I no longer use mine, hope to trade it for a newer design pistol or revolver.  thanks again!
