Hey there .22 shooters
Yep, this is just IMHO, but ------------------------
I feel that AO is a part of any Quality Rimfire rifle/scope package, providing the owner/shooter EVER desires to do any target work, no matter how formal.
My Clark Custom 77/22 is a very accurate rifle, and even though I have no plans for "formal" target competition I do desire to find just how well and with what ammo, it will preform at it's best.
With the AO on my Leupold 3X9EFR scope it is a simple matter to dial in the focus/paralax at whatever range I am shooting. As the focusing is completed, the paralax also becomes a non-issue.
With the junk level scope I tried on my last rifle, not only was the image NEVER clear, but focus/paralax adjustments were laughably absent, inspite of the scope having an AO adjustment.
Just my opinion, but quality has no substitute.
Keep em coming!
