Now that I have your attention...Have you heard of anyone making a carbine length barrel for the CZ-52 that can be changed out easily? It just seems to me that this would make a great 'Whisper' carbine. I know there was someone on GBO that was doing some specialty barrels and ammo for the CZ-52, but I forget who it was......
P.S. Last year I bought a 7.62x25 chamber adapter for my 30-06, and it was pretty quiet with factory ammo, and awesome with my light re-loads....but it eventually got stuck in the chamber and I decided not to do that again to my firearms, but it proved to me that it would work. So now I am starting to research it again for a firearm that is chambered specifically for the cartridge.
