Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a Massachusetts Cannon and Mortar Certification of Competancy Course being offered anywhere?
I am looking to become legal... can't seem to track down anyone legally capable of teaching signing a certification.
I live in Western Massachusetts, so parts of New York are within reasonable driving distance.
