Put an ad in the classifieds but was wondering where else to buy new presses.

I know of MidwayUSA, Midsouth, and Natchezss.com but what other on-line site specialize in shotshell reloading.

Looking for MEC 600 Jr one in 28g and one in 410

I bought all of mine at Midway and Cabela but used ones can be found on e-bay (caveat emptor) and some local gun stores around here also carry presses.

I always buy such products from GBO Sponsor Midsouth Shooter's Supply and have been doing so for over 20 years. Their prices are hard to beat and service is as good as it gets.

Other potential sources are Gamiel's and Ballistics Products. The latter will definitely be higher, dunno about the former.

Precision Reloading has decient prices on MEC Presses, and lists all kinds of accessories for them. www.precisionreloading.com

Graybeard, Midsouth is out of stock on one of them but they do have the best price so far. I would like to buy both from the same place.

Midsouth will back order the one they are out of stock on and usually ship pretty quickly on back orders.

Graf and Son have them in stock and with their one shipping rate of $3.75 if you order on the net and $4.75 if you call will probably beat all others as far as total cost.

I started out with a used Lee Load All in 12 Ga. Used it for about a year till I got tired of it. You can load only certain loads and they cannot be adjusted. Once you find a good recipe you must pretty much stick with it but for 35$ new what the heck. I then got a couple Mec 600. Very good buy for the money for a low volume shooter( I am one by the way - about 300 -400 per month in good weather) . I did buy a used MEC 650 once. I dont recommend buying used. For the $100 or so you pay for a new 600 why quibble. That darned 650 was shot and after 2 hours of struggling I had shot and powder all over the floor. I took it back to the dealer and he let me trade it back at the same price on a new 600.
