Norma powder reloading data
« on: February 22, 2006, 04:57:30 PM »
I have a lb. each of N-200, N-205, and N-203...does anyone have any references with load data for these powders.  N-203 is very similiar to IMR 4064 in some references I have found, but that is the only thing I have found.  Any help would be appreciated.

John

If you are looking for powders with similar burning characteristics:

Faster
107 N-120
108 AA-1680
*109 N-200
110 W-680
Slower

Faster
162 BL-C(2)
163 N-540
164 Big Game
*165 N-203
Slower

If you are concerned about a specific caliber, then take a look at my reloading data pages.  I did use some of the Norma powders in some of my loads, but I can't remember which ones right now.

Norma's Reloading Manual
« Reply #3 on: February 25, 2006, 07:01:21 PM »
Not sure if you knew or not that they have a reloading manual published in 2004.  I have one, bought at Cabela's in Dundee, MI.

I'm not sure if they still have it or not but I'd check there or at www.Midwayusa.com or www.midsouthshooterssupply.com.

What info are you looking for...I might be able to help with info from the book.

Here's a burn-rate chart I keep on my favorites list.
