Are there any restrictions on sales of air rifles from one state to another?
Such as using an ffl for the transfer

Thanks

The 2nd "f" in "FFL" is for "firearms" ... airguns aren't firearms.  Most gun laws don't pertain to airguns, including interstate selling and shipping.  However, some states and/or locales have restrictions on airgun ownership/registration/use; so the buyer/recipient may have to comply in various ways.  I think you'll see that some of the major airgun dealers won't ship to certain states; that will give you an idea who is restrictive.

Some states have no restrictions on 177 cal . but require a ffl on the 22 cal to be shipped.
There is no limit on what you can do, if you limit what you have been doing in the past.

It's really hard not to be a criminal now isn't it fellow?  I don't believe there are any federal restrictions on air guns.....yet.........but with the patriot act who knows?

Have a look at the ATF's web page.

One thing for sure.......a fellow can't burn a pile of leaves in his back yard anymore without the EPA or air pollution control board jumping in.  We all need a lawyer in the pocket as we continue to give away our "inalienable rights", hard to keep track of what's legal anymore.  My guess is even though we don't know it.....we are all destined to be "criminals".
