I have been thinking I need a 7mm-08. (Dont ask,,,,,just one of those things)
My first thought was a Handi but I remember seeing some posts that made me wonder about their acuracy.
Thoughts?

I really hope these are as accurate as people claim. I've got a youth model H&R in 7mm-08 on layaway for my wife. Good cartridge and should be a good shooter for Texas White Tale. I look forward to other's input on this.

Glad to hear it. Did you have to do anything besides clean it up, or did you do any sort of break in procedure?

Fellas, use the search feature, there are several 7mm-08 threads, here's the exact same question asked before...

:? I've got one of the bad ones. Best groups so far are about 3.5" @ 100yds for three shots.. I just finished bedding the action tonight so hopefully I'll get to the range this weekend..I used the JB stick epoxy. It sets up really quick, and is very easy to place. The gun locks up like a bank vault now. I sure hope this helps after all the boasting I did about my new cheap gun  - Kevin
