When I started smallbore silo about 6 years ago, I was happy to hit 10. With a lot of practice I worked my way up to the low 20's. I finally decided to get better at it, and purchased an air rifle to practice with in my back yard. My trigger control got a lot better. Then I switched to a 36X scope, and learned to use it. By being able to pick where on the animal I want the shot to break as opposed to shooting at the animal, my scores are in the low 30's now. It's taken a long time and many cases of rimfire ammo and air rifle pellets fired to do it. I still have a long way to go, but am at least seeing progress. Now my kid is on the same road - she shot her first 10 a couple of weekends ago.
