its even prettier then the pictures. As tight as any FA gun ive ever handled that means completely tight. First 5 shots at the range off hand went into just under 2 inches. Load was a 450 lfn and lots of  grians of wc820. I LOVE THIS GUN!!

Sounds like you have a sure 'nuff heirloom there! Enjoy it in good health!

The one pic you posted that Dustin had sent was really stunning.

Please post some more pics for all of us to enjoy, preferably with a recently deceased critter in the frame :grin:

It must be new gun week, I just picked un my new 5 inch S&W 460 Mag.  :D  :-D

New gun week it is. I just picked up a stainless Super Single Six for a centerfire/Bisley conversion.

Beautiful gun Lloyd!  Enjoy!  I'm afraid I have two more 1911's to get out of layaway before I can get another single action.  However I did get an opportunity to fit some stag grips onto my 'New Vaquero' last week.  I'll have to get a picture up.  44 Man[/url]
