need help, info??

i got a 12" bbl  model 676 or 686 can remember right now, not near  the gun shelf but it is  serial ap (1976) 5711   with both cylinders mag, 22 long
but i done have a box, can you good people help me locate one ?
 and what is the value  app. of the piece the gun is in about 92 to95 %
 the frame is case hardened but has slight discoloration

i think its a  first year run with a 4 digit serial #

how hard are boxes  to come by? would like a box  and some papers  if some got an extra one ?
