Thinking about one of these for my daughter. H&R website doesn't say if they are drilled for the scope mount. Does anyone have one and can let me know? Thanks.

Mine is. I love the .22. I wanted the sights so I got this one as the other NEF rimfires didn't have sights. I shoot it more than anything.

Apparently you can get the Sportster with sights now.

Thanks for the info. I have the ultra mag in .22 mag, and I use it all the time. They make good firearms.

how does the firing pin work on this setup??

Matt, it's been reported that the rimfire barrel has an offset bore so the centerfire firing pin strikes the rim, don't have one, so I can't tell you exactly. It's also been reported that NEF won't fit any other barrels to the versa pack frame.
