Just yesterday I loaded up some 22-250s with 53 grain Barnes TSXs and 35 grains of Varget to test. Today off the bench I got about 2 MOA out of them which I think is pretty lousy.
I also loaded some 53 grain Sierra flat based hollow point match bullets over 34 grains of Varget and got a 5 shot 100 yd. group of about 0.5 MOA. I'm going to try some Triple Shocks with 34 grains of Varget and see if they do any better but thus far I'm not impressed with them from the accuracy standpoint. My gun, with the 53 grain bullets seems to prefer a charge of about 34 grains of Varget though with weights up to 36 grains, there has been no sign of excessive pressure.
Barnes says the gun barrel needs to be very clean to get optimal accuracy out of their bullets. My gun barrel hasn't been cleaned for about 50 shots at least. If a bullet requires frequent cleaning of the barrel to shoot well, it's just too fussy for me when other choices are available.
