What Height Scope Rings?

Just bought a stainless steel Handi in 223.  What height scope rings will I need to use for objective lens bell to clear barrel (40mm objective lens) and also clear rear hammer for easy operation, low, medium or high?  NOBODY here on Maui stocks scope rings so can't really try one out, have to purchase online.  Thanks for your help.
