I just read a favorable "Handi" article in the April 2006 Predator Extreme. The article was written by Ralph M. Lermayer.  
The title is   "H & R's Classic Handi Rifle".
Like most articles, this one starts off with a little history of the gun & H&R,
the different ways that he has used the guns, then he discusses the versatility due to barrel interchangeability & he does note that the rifles can be capable of excellant accuracy.
Overall, I thought the article was to the point & was very positive.
You will not make peace with the Bluecoats, you are free to go.
