orange camouflage
« on: July 26, 2006, 02:35:06 PM »
It seems simple but is proving difficult.
Trying to find an hunter orange camoflauge baseball cap. Anybody help me out?
In an ideal world it would be one of the new lightweight-hot weather materials with no advertising on it.  Dislike the plastic snap adjusting band but other than that becoming less choosey all the time.
Whos seen what out there?

You probably did this, but if not, google orange camouflage baseball cap and you'll get plenty of hits selling what you are looking for -with the exeption maybe of the "hot weather materials". Do you mean mesh? I did find one with mesh (rare) but it has logo on it, and has the plastic adjustment strap, both of which you said you did not want.

Have you considered using a permanent marker and making your own camo design on an orange cap you like? I used to wear blaze camo but now I'm a solid blaze guy. The deer don't seem to notice me any more than if I had subdued camo on so why bother? I will add I hunt in brush so it breaks up my outline.
