Rainbow Trout Question

I caught a rainbow trout that was full of this green stuff today, any ideas what this is?  Robert

There are some pretty bright little yellow bugs that trout feed on, if there was a big hatch, he could of been chowing down a whole bunch of those.  And if they are small, the would turn into a strange looking liquid pretty quick.
