35 Whelen available?

I see that Wal-Mart has a handi in 35 Whelen but I can not find it on the H&R web page.  Am I just over looking it?  My question is as the Wal-Mart model seems not to have sights on it does the 35 Whelen come with scope mounts included?  An earlier post seemed to imply that the gun will not be available until later this summer.  The Wal-Mart web page seemed to say it is avvailable now???

It won't be available until this summer, that's the word from H&R. It's just a 22" Handi, standard contour with scope rail, no sights. It's in the 2006 catalog, their web site hasn't been updated for well over a year.
