Just checked the trigger on my new 223 Handi Rifle andd it measured a creap free 2.75 pounds.  Guess I won't be working on the trigger.  Is this normal or am i just lucky?  Thanks for the input.

uncle ji, i think nef is doing alot better on trigger pull the last two i have bought  243 and 30-30 have been between 2.75 and 3 lbs. i bought a 223 sometime around 2000 or 2001 that was alot more.

just bought a 7mm-08 and the trigger is right around there is well. I think they are trying to do abetter job on the triggers now a days.
