is there a blood light for hunting like pol

we've all seen the real life crime stories where police have a special light that makes any ammount of blood or blood residue glow...well..i was wondeing if anyone has ever herd of or used such a light for tracking a animal they shot  . is there a civilian version available ? if not do yall thing it would be praticle ?  thanks

I have read about a blue lens cover on your flashlight doing the job on blood at night.

It is a black light, but an ordinary coleman latern will make blood floresce.
Also a blue lens ona flashlight will help along with a spray bottle of hydrogen peroxide.

Try a blue Palight

I've got a blue palight that makes blood show in the dark.

It is small so it would be very handy to carry.

I saw a light last night at Bass Pro Shop that is marketed by Gerber that is supposed to make blood glow. Don't know if it works or not, but it goes for about $50.

Yes, Greber makes a light that makes blood shine when your in the dark. Not sure how much it is.
