OK guys and gals we've now added a new BIGFOOT ONLY forum. This one is for tales and discussions of Bigfoot and nothing else.

It is a protected or membership ONLY forum. If you're not a member of the GBO BFRG you will not be allowed to post in it.

You become a member by asking Graybeard to add your name to the list. If you're a known heckler and naysayer don't waste the time and effort of either of us asking, you won't be allowed in.

I reviewed the posts on the first page of this forum for likely candidates who've expressed in interest in real research and discussion on the subject and have made those who seemed appropriate charter members so those folks can begin posting now.

Let me say right now up front this is NOT gonna be a forum to continue the personal feud a few OK folks have going. Yes you can discuss the photo based on your knowledge of it but no more of those personal attacks and name calling that happened before.

So why aren't you folks who've been crying in the dark for relief from the persecution of non believers posting here? You're still on the other one arguing with them. Makes me wonder if that's not what you really prefer to do. Hmmm.

Sign me up.
Our two main posters are very good at providing a blow by blow account of a wide range of outdoor related topics in their quests.
It is obvious that they spent alot of time outdoors. Great attention is usually payed to the small details and if the trail cam captures a racoon or a deer, they are quick to admit it.
I do personally think that proof of the existance of the BF will need some
hard evidence. Best chance would probably be a vehical hitting one.

No doubt Nonya, no doubt.

It will be a little boring there without you but some folks I think will find that the serious researchers are the hardest crictics of the false and or misleading reports and fuzzy photos. I know that's the case on the other bigfoot only sites I've visited recently. We still have plenty of other places here for your wit and charm.

Besides now that leaves this forum open for you to contribute some stories of the wonderous and amazing things I'm sure you've seen that are of the nature for which I orginally intended this forum.

Shooter I need you to PM me and discuss your interest in the subject. Perhaps you already have a history here on the matter but I'm just not familiar with it so I need some info on your involvement.

This new forum is NOT for hecklers and folk who's interest is to be naysayers and disruptors thus our friend Nonya's lack of approval. While I enjoy his humor and wit the new forum isn't the place for it. So all who ask for entry have to explain to me their position on the issue of bigfoot before I grant access.

All can read but only members of the group can post.

So in other words its an area where the "experts" can stroke each others egos without getting them bruised by the impact of a pebble of common sense.It will just be a repost of what we have heard before,it seems the only new news in the bigfoot world is BM and his tales,thats all they are talking about on every BF site i visited,and the majority of them arnt happy,they will be even less impressed IF we ever get to see the touched up pics. :roll:

Perhaps you can set us up our own sandbox too. How about a forum called "Bigfoot is bogus/balogna & bacon", haha. Better yet, change the forum from "The world according to Wes" to "The world according to NONYA" :mrgreen: I'm sure NONYA wouldnt mind some razzing from the one way street believers. :wink:

No I don't see it quite that way. It's an area where folks can discuss the area of bigfoot research minus hecklers of the idea of his existence. On sites that take the issue seriously it seems to me that they are their own and most vocal crictics. I fully expect that to be the case here also. ANY claim to have a photo of bigfoot will be seriously questioned and something substanative and clear will need to be offered if they are to be taken seriously. The difference is that it will be members of their own peer group doing the cricticizing.

In my opinion very little of thier research is scientific,so its not going to hamper the legitamicy of thier findings.

My first bit of wisdom would be to use the bf forum as a tool to round up and track down all the escaped state hospital patients that are using the forum to exchange data and medication recipes. :wink:

Graybeard- I thank you for the new forum and REALLY thank you for keeping certain people from posting there... I would but have not much encounter info to share. I happen to believe they are out there... and really get miffed at certain posters who just stir the pot. They don't have to go to a uchre club and complain if they don't like uchre but it ia absolutely amazing to me that they do.... now if ya could remove them from the rest of the site too...

Nope not at this time. If you wish to be you'll need to explain your interest and involvement in the subject to me either here or via PM. I will then evaluate and decide if you should be added. That's the standard procedure everyone must follow unless I already know the info on them. Can't say I do on you even if I should. CRS some times gets in the way of what I should know. :-D
