WellI am happy. My first three round group was almost touching each other. After about ten straight rounds my barrel must have heated up, the groups got larger. Is this common? I was shooting Speer 125grn tnt hp's, 41grains of 3031. This was only the second time it was out. I've only shot 50 rounds through it now.

ya it's common if you shoot 10 straight rounds, also your barrel i think isn't broken in yet. I too got a .308 but its a survivor(butt-stock), synthetic-handi(forearm), ultra mix(barrel and reciever).

Mine gets squirrely with heat also.
I've also have things loosen up- forend screw and bipod (not scope or rings).
Amazing how that thing shoots, eh?..

Yes, I love it. Its going to be a great der gun. Light and accurate. Of course I put a nikon 6-18x40 buckmaster on it and doubled the weight.

I new those Buckmaster scopes were heavy...but I never realized the were 7 lbs...
