i HATE ferrets!!!!!! i keep calling the FCW about them and they keep saying they will look into it and keep killing them if you like. if you want to kill them with a airgun go to www.southsummit.com and get the b4-2 or something in 800fps in .177 or a .22 cal airgun and also get wadcuters or pointed because they work the best on them. i kill about 20-50 a week and there are still more. they kill a cat, coon, and a pup on monday and everyone starting to get in a ferret killing mood, i saw someone kill one with there car when it was it the road and someone else kill one with a nailgun.

do you guy have them or something like that?

Sup jamal- 20-50 a week! I hope u are scinning them out, cuz ferrit hide sells for $10 a peace around hear. It sonds like u are sitting on a gold mind.

no, iam no skinning man. i shoot them and leave them for the birds. $10 it hard to get that much for a yote and were i live it hard to get cash for fur now a days( dam PETA)  do you hunt them too?

We have no ferrits man, only weasles and mink around hear. This is the north contry, only seen ferrits at pet stor. Where you from that have so many? We have so many coyotes that notting small livs long. Them ferrits must be a tuff custmer if they killin coons. I seen a coon give a hound all he wanted befor!

Yeah, I hate the black feet ferrits too.  Because of dem we can't shoot p-dogs on the Nat'l grasslands any more.

I think its just in the areas they're trying to stock the Black footed ferret.   Year before last they closed  the Thunderbasin (Wyo) when I was goat huntin.  Last year there was a horde of biologists working in the Chas. M Russell WMA along the Mo River in Mont  on a ferret restocking plan.  The way I understood it, public land was closed to P dog shooting but pvt land was open.  Supposedly for the reintroduction of black footed ferrets.  Made me dislike them before I even saw one.  Sounds like they need to hire Jamal to trap some of his and transplant them.   :)

thsese are escape pets. we have no National Grasslands  here in FL i think and no pdogs, they are some around something but not all the time. most of the non-nativedon't kill off the native species. i also like to feed the squirrel monkeys in a park downtown. ferrets are voracious hunters and you need to kill them.

They are not all closed.  I know this because yesterday I returned from a prairie poodle hunt on the Cimarron National Grasslands in SW Kansas.  You can shoot all the dogs you want there.  Unfortunately, the dogs become scarce when a truck slows down or they see a person.  On top of that, temperatures reached 100 degrees during the afternoon.  I think most dogs sought the coolness of their burrows.  Still, I got some shootin' in.

Thanks for your good report. I feared that Jamaldog and James were hitting pretty close to the truth here.
Darn BleedingLiberalAntihunting types will try & cut you off at all corners if possible. If we get some Wolves and Ferrets around, we surly wont need
to hunt those Elk or Prarie dogs anymore now that things are balanced out now will we? :evil:

I would tell you that I am done complaining and much better now but
