.... get the rear sight off of my 4570 barrel. I have a set of peeps on the way and I dont want the factory sight on there. I have taken the adjusting screw out, but dont see anyothers underneath it. Can I assume that I need a little bitty drift punch to remove the roll pin, and then there are some screws under the sight blade?

The roll pin is .061", I just measured it for ya! :lol: IIRC, I used a piece of stainless spinner wire to punch it out.

Thank you. I cant wait to get the peepers on it. Oh, BTW thanks again for BC stock info. I have cut up my pardner stock into a straight grip, and once I get it all done and make sure that I like the way it turned out, the 4570 stock is gonna get the bandsaw treatment as well.

A #53 drill bit will work, too!!

I got it. Tried a cut up spinner bait, but the wire wasnt stiff enough. I ground down a nail set, and knocked it right out. Hurry up post man, my handi is nekid! :-D
