several years ago i gave up on a bunch of it allegedly from one lot.....because it had projectiles from different lots in it. it was mfr'd in 1991 and i finally pulled just two bullets to see why it shot such large groups. i found two different lots of bullets with the first two pulled.
that's enough for me!

That is probably a good price for Hawaii. I paid $3.00/box in Arkansas. I know that you guys pay a premium on everything. It shot okay in my Handi at 2". Mine was hot like NATO ammo. If you reload you might want to figure the volume on the cases before putting powder in them. Try a couple and see. At $4/box you aren't out a lot.

I've had nothing but good performance with S&B 223 ammo. And the brass is also one of my favorites. My handloads interchange between Remington and S&B brass.

Sellier and Bellot is made in th Checkoslovakia it is an old time company and make good ammo and shot shells.
Ammo is well liked in Europa and is economically priced.
It is not all that easey to get over here. Their output is not as great as some of the big time ammo makers

Nachez sells a bunch of S&B ammo, I bought a couple boxes of their 7x64 ammo, haven't shot it yet, but the brass is boxer primed and at less than $11 a box, affordable even if it shoots crappy!!

When I got my 22 hornet, I bought 2 boxes of S&B ammo, It
shot like S--- . Could even tell difference in the noise, Some
sounded like a 22 short, like 30-30. I'll never waste money on any S&B of any kind Marv.
