I have an Uncle Mikes cross draw for my 480 SRH works fine for me.
Its the no.4 plus I have one for the times I dont want to use the scope.

I also use the number 4 Uncle Mike's vertical shoulder holster for my scoped 454 Ruger Super Redhawk. I tried a number of them before I settled on it.

I have the same gun in 480 Ruger and purchased one of these and it does ok . The flap is Velcro so it makes a litte noise when opening and the shoulder strap could be a litte wider if you plan to wear it all day.But for $30.00 it's not bad.    Edd

I also bought one of those. If anyone wants it I will let it go cheap.

I have a smith 500 I know the 500 is a bit bigger then the SRH. I use a bandolier style holster. the reason in being is well it's a large handgun and I live in maine and deer season  is well on the chilly side and I like the bandolier holster cause  I can wear it over any out wear I desire depending on the weather. The holsters aren't all that exspensive I think I paid 30-35 for mine.
