Those knives have been around since I was a kid. In fact it was the first "mail order"knife I ever buoght.  Even the price hasn't changed much.  Don't even recall what happened to it, but I do recall it was a nice little knife.  The Laminated blade held a pretty good edge, and the way it was set up, made a good whittling knife.  I understand, from articles I've read, that the mora is often issued to students who attend outdoor/survival/woodcraft training classes.  So, I suspect its still a pretty good little knife.

I picked one up a while back from Sportsman Guide. Haven't used it much but did use it to clean about 50 frogs last summer. It did the job, held its edge through the job and felt good in my hand. Fine little utility knife to keep in the truck for those odd occasions. Can't beat the price!

I buy a bunch of Frosts every couple of years. If you can get past paying less than $10 and deal with their mass produced plastic grip you will get knives that hold an edge, and come in a variety of good steels. Carbon, Stainless and Laminated (Frosts Trifllex). I like the Triflex best but I have them all and they have been great over the years.  Plus, they are great loaner knives. If the borrower doesn't return it no big deal. Mostly, when I have lent them to friends they don't want to give them back and just give me tem buck and keep them.
