Could Bigfoot be coming out soon ?
« on: April 05, 2006, 03:03:31 PM »
Disney has their new ride "Expedition Everest" not in fantasy land or any place like that but in their Animal Kingdom where they show "Real" exotic animals.
Add that in with the Animal plants new show coming out soon (April 15) with Jeff Corwins show "Realm of the Yeti" here is a link to a site about it if you had not heard about it yet
http://animal.discovery.com/fansites/jeffcorwin/yeti/videogallery/videogallery.html

Anyway I was sort of thinking that just maybe something big is going to happen soon in the Bigfoot world.
It started a while back when another big time media giant did a show on the subject, National Geographic.
Then the History channel done a story about Giganopiticus.
A popular show on discovery uses Bigfoot is it's commercials (Myth Busters)
Now close to the same time the new Disney ride opens up and then animal planet sends one of it's big stars out to do a show on the Yeti.

Could it be that someone like the Government or maybe even someone else has found and captured one or something ?
Why is it all of a sudden that Bigfoot is popping up all over TV and other places as well ?
It is at least something to think about I feel :-) and hope for.

Todays Orlando Sentinel:
Corwin`s quest: realm of the Yeti.
8 pm. April 15th on the Animal Planet.
Jeff Corwin looks at wildlife in the Himalayas and hears about the Yeti,
the creature portrayed in the attraction.
HEARS is the operative word here. Looks like he`s going to see the
animals in the flesh but the Yeti is an other matter.
     Remember this is Disneyland.

Boy, did Jeff Corwin ever clear up the Yeti myth yesterday. Plain and simple he says more than likely a .........
    Sloth bear.
If you watched the program(anybody) then you might be a little down today.
Who would have thought, a bear.  In an hours show he clears up the
ancient mystery and names a winner.   A sloth bear, well i`ll be!
If you have a picture of the Sloth bear/ Yeti  you have a piece of history.
Time to move on boys.  :D
