Can anyone let me in on the date of manufacture, and possible value of this rifle!

It has a full magazine and the serial number is: 9373XX.
Immediately below the SN, between the 7 and the 3 is the letter "V".

Thanks in advance!

From what i see it looks to be around 1923.
As to value, everything is based on condition!  Wood, metal, bore, etc.
As Winchester no longer makes the "94"  your 94 "could" be worth
something.  The better the condition, the more the value. :D

Thanks for the info Savage .250!

Now I have a start on this rifle!  The overall condition would be from Fair to Good!  The bore is real good!

The thing to consider is that when these guns were originally bought is that they were bought and used as "tools"!  This is hard for some gun buffs to picture!

Dad, my boss is a Winchester collector. Do you have a picture of it you could send me? He would be able to give you a good estimate on the value. He deals in them pretty big, I believe he has bought and resold over $12k worth over the past couple months at the gun shows.
