You're right slide-flipper.  We can't tell if that's a little jewelery box or a big ole cedar chest in the background.  DD want's a black powder can in each picture so we can determine size of the guns.  And now DD is well equipped to throw some authentic spears if'n we don't follow through with his requests.

The Powder can rule is Bob the Blasters rule....and it makes a difference too! These pictures are a good examples.  Thos guns don't look that large with out the can, but with the can you can see how big they really are.

Looks like that bottom gun deck is asking for flooding with normal ship's rolling motion.  Is that the Vasa or the Mary Rose?

GGaskill, She is The San Felipe was the lead vessel of the Spanish Armada this warship had a total of 96 cannons .

96 Cannons, that is a lot of Iron and Bronze. would be a heavy load on the ships beams.  and to think I thought our WW2 battleships were impresive.
