For you 7.65 Argentine ammo shooters. Noticed that AIM surplus has new manufacture soft point 7.65 Arg ammo for sale at $8.95 per box of 20. It is non corrosive, boxer primed and reloadable by Privi Partizan. Also 7.5 Swiss ammo for same price.

I found that a couple of days ago myself !
With hornady wanting a dollar a round for theirs,
I am going to give Privi a try.
I wish they would make 8x56r too.

I bought some of that Privi Partizan in 7.65,it isnt bad stuff but its 180 grain.I was worried some but my barrel held up.I also
bought some for my 7x57caliber, thats 139grain stuff.Have'nt shot any of
that yet.Anyway it compared to PMC cartridges I thought....Should of bought more. :-)

The original 7.65 rounds were actually more powerful than the 7.62x51
so I don't think you should worry about your barrel holding up.
I am going to introduce my M91 Argentine to Bambi this fall with these Privi Rounds. I really got hooked on Venison this past fall and I need to feed my habit :shock:

Back when I hunted, my first deer rifle was a 1891 Argentine and found it great for white tail deer. Used Norma's 150gr ammo.
