I think I would have whacked that buck with my bow before I let it get me like that!!

I don't think it's a whitetail, looks like a blacktail with that tiny black tail to me and whitetails don't live anywhere near Toledo, WA. A 3 point blacktail rack looks almost like a whitetail rack, tho. The nearest whitetails to Toledo would be the Columbian Whitetails near Cathlamet and Skamokowa which are small compared to most blacktail.

heck with the deer i think i'd have to shoot the person watchin thru the camera and not helpin  while he was gettin a woopin. might get him $10,000 from funniest video tho. try to explain that back at camp !!!

Your right I  it is a Blacktail !!
I  took it for granted because of the its size and the antlers looked some what like a white tail antler .  And Its a Big one At that.
 It was also wandering who in the heck would video some one getting the crap kicked out of them and DO nothing.   :cry:

That will teach him to sprinkle dominant buck urine on his shirt collar! Bet he's glad he didn't use doe-in-heat urine. He might have gotten more deer sausage than he bargained for.

Man I think I would have done a lot more than that feller.  Looks like he's never done much scrapping or animal handling.  Course I guess I can't say without being in his shoes.  Still.....YOUCH!

That video has been floating around awhile now.  I believe it was filmed in a high fence enclosure.  The gentleman and his wife were trying to make a video or commercial about bowhunting elk and he put bucklure all over himself.

Yea, it acts like a tame deer to me too.  Its hard to hang on to a wild one long enough to use a knife.  But thats what I do when they play possum then want to dance.
