I have been hunting with a boltaction Rem 700 for many years. this year, hope to be out with a Rem. 750. Is there any reason to believe that a 2 piece wood stock is less prone to hunting in the rain that a 1 piece wooden stock?

Fishdog i just bought the same rifle and there will be no added problems because of the two peice stock . My 760 pump (two peice stock) has seen the woods since 1974 with never a problem.
