357 Max rear sight?

I suppose I'll get the FP-H&R-TK sight for my Max barrel since I'll probably have to fiddle with it some between shooting 38 special, Mag and Max loads.

Those of you who have the Max - Do you find you have to adjust a lot between calibers with this bbl inside 100 yds?
I have a grab-bag of 1000's of rounds of different loads in all three calibers I've collected/loaded over the years. I guess it would be nice to have finger-tip adjustability....
