Thunder Ranch M 21
« on: April 21, 2006, 04:12:55 PM »
Does anybody else have one of these S&W model 21's?.I just got one, as it is unfired, i have not gotten around to shooting it, yet.
Does any one have an opinion on one that they have fired?
Good or bad?
I really like the way it looks and feels, but I could do without the gold emb;em on the sideplate.
Thank you for your time :D

:cb2: I've handled the regular M21 (w/o the TR logo) in the store, and I really love it. Just can't buy anything right now. Let me know when you get to shoot it. I think it's one of the best looking guns I seen in years.

Sorry about the time it took to get back about the m21,but I had to trim some 44mag brass down to load for the 44 spl.I did not have any brass for it and did not want to order any,so this seemes like the thing to do.
Anyway,loaded the brass with some old HS6 and a 240 gr.swhp,and it shot great at 20 yards,6 shots in about 2-3 inches,offhand!
Iknow it would do better with a little practice, but this is not bad for me,as I am not a very good pistol shot.
Old Griz,I'd so try it,you'll like it.
