.308 win Handi Rifle... I can't seem to find one.

I've been hunting whitetail with a .308 most of my life, so that's the caliber I'm most familiar with and therefore most desired in a new rifle.

HOWEVER... I cannot seem to find a Handi around here in 308.... 7mm-08, 243, 223, 260... they're everywhere Just cant seem to find a .308. Now I'm not quite ready for the new toy, but it bugs me I can't find em.... And I dont want to buy a complete rifle and then a new barrel... would rather just get it out of the way right the first time....

Anyone else have this problem?

i just ordered mine from wal-mart, but i'd goto Gander now.
