Have there been any additions to the list that Graybeard posted here? Wondering if there are any more slots left in the 25 available.

I am still a firm yes.  
I have put in request for leave/vacation time, too early to receive OK for June, but should be OK.

Gas may now be a problem for everyone.

3100 miles round trip at 12 miles to a gallon on my 4x4 truck is about 260 gallons.  At $3 a gallon equals $780, at $4 a gallon equals $1040.  Hope price goes down for everyone and me.

It's looking like I'm going to actually be home for the shoot.  I had to come home due to illness (they don't like the thought of the whole class getting sick).  I go back on 10 July.

So...I will be here.

It wasn't serious.  Just the crud/flu/cold.  The main thing was the fever.  I had a really high fever and I couldn't fake it.  The instructors didn't like having a sick puppy in the class.  

I'm pretty much over it now.  I kind of knew I was going to get it.  Everyone in my family had it right before I left.  So I blame them :grin:

Looking foward to makeing the trip and trying some new barrels this year. loading some 30/30 with 110 g v-max might be fun for close in p doogs. see every one there.

PDog Shooters

Just found out, I am losing my MAJ and LTC, they received their notification for deployment to IRAQ.  Since that is half my staff and they are going on leave (vacation time) with their families before deployment, I will NOT be able to take my leave (PDog shooting in OK).  I am going to miss you guys, DJ and I were really looking forward to this year, we were adding a few days for a stopover in Michigan to visit my parents.

What is the status on everyone?  If a slot is still available, I would like to see about bringing my dad along.  He just retired and wants to spend some time with his eldest son (that'd be me) and if things can happen, I would love the opportunity to spend some time with him.  You never know how long you have your parents, and this would be a trip of a life time for both of us.  Thanks!

Of course Wes and Dan are in charge of this, but according to my count there's still a slot available since GPMike and DJ have dropped out. Hope it works out that your dad can come too.

Thanks for the kind words.  I've been really blessed to have such a great dad and to still be able to do things with him.  The pic of my daughter with the crappie in the pics section was on his pontoon boat.  He bought over a bass boat so he could take the grandkids and mom.  Nice rig actually.
