Do not fire +P ammunition in a Uberti, Cimarron Arms, Beretta Stampede, Taurus Gaucho, any 1873 model Colt revolver or 1875 Model Remington revolver or any other firearm of that period type regardless of date of manufacture. They are all copies of the original 1873 design, 'cept the 1875 Remingtons, and that type revolver will not stand +P pressures. They were never designed for +P pressures and metalurgy notwithstanding, they come apart under higher pressures.
You may be able to use them in a Ruger Vaquero, certainly in the Ruger Blackhawk, Freedom Arms and other current designs but keep the +Ps the hay out of those older designs, period.
It is as the Boss says - not unless you want that Uberti to become a grenade. Mikey.
