I have an Encore pistol in 22-250. Do you use the same data as the rifle for reloading? Any favorite loads?

   Thanks

Yes, you can use the same loads. It is the cartridge and bullet that determine the powder best suited for use. With a shorter barrel you are likely to get more flash and noise with the slower powders but they will still give you the ighest velocities. If you are bothered by the flash and blast and are willing to give up the velocity then go to the faster burning powders listed for your combination and you can get away from a lot of it. The trade off is velocity - your call

Hodgdon, Lyman, Speer, Sierra, Hornady = reliable resources
so and so's pages on the internet = not reliable resources
Alway check loads you find on the internet against manuals.
NEVER exceed maximum listed loads.
