Sika Deer- anysuccessful VA/ Md hunters?

I got picked for the Chincoteague hunt this January.  Anybody have any luck on these in the past?

Advice would be appreciated

How did your hunt go. I have friends in Md. & they took a couple muzzle loader season at Blackwater Refuge.

Didn't get and didn't see any .

Did learn a few things.

1) it pays to hunt in groups
2) hunt from the dunes in the morning and inside in the afternoon.

The people who were successful, with a few exceptions, did drives.  Hunting solo was tough and the sign that I found was there because other hunters moved animals off of adjoining areas.
