I just got a M44 mosin nagant and want to put a scout scope setup on it. Anybody had any experience with either of the following mounts?
1) S&K
2) B-Square
3) Darrell's

All three mount about the same...remove the rear sight and attach the base. Just wondering if one was better that the other two.

I had a scout setup on my M38. It was a Darrell's. I was satisfied with the mount I just don't like the scout setup. Had a Darrell's mount on my K31 also. Took it off and installed regular scope mount. I found Darrell's
mounts to be good quality.

I used the one on crankyfarmer.com. I stripped the tiny screws with aluminum threads. It is now using a rollpin and I like it that wat better anyway.
