I've got a couple Bushnell Banners. They're good scopes for the money. Was just out prairie dog shooting with my Banner 6-18X50mm. It's not as crisp an image as more expensive scopes, and the outer edge of the image has some distortion. But that's not such a problem if your target is centered on the reticle.
For a centerfire rifle, I'd pick the Banner line over cheaper Tascos or BSAs (Admittedly, I'm judging based on reputation rather than experience with the latter).
