Today, I met a guy who has a 26" Citori, gorgeous wood and metal, not a single scratch..... When I first saw the gun I thought it was never fired. This guy made sure not to put a single scratch on the gun / barrel.
The blueing was at 100% lol it was so weird. Anyways, this gun was made in 1989, uses invector choekes, comes with 5 chokes and the original browning wrench, plus a brand new leather browning O/U case (about $170 value case), this whole thing for $950, and I refused his offer lol
The only reason I refused his offer was becuase this gun only accepts 2-3/4" (the barrel didn't specify anything regarding 3", it only said "special steel 26" 12 ga 2-3/4". So I assume it only accepts 2-3/4"
Did I do the right choice or, should I go back to him ? I always think that a 12-ga should be able to accept 2-3/4 AND 3"......
What should I do ?
