match grademachine barrels?

Hi guys, Has anyone tried these barrels. They replaced Virgin Valley as I understand it, as most of the owners were in VV originally. I'm thinking about a carbine barrel for my older Contender frame in 30-30 AI. What do you think of that caliber? Thanks, BC

I have two carbine Contender barrels from MGM....one .204 Ruger and one 6mm 30-30 AI. Both are excellent and very accurate but not cheap. I have never had any issues working with the Strattons and will continue to purchase barrels from them when I have the "need".
