The cylinder throat on my 454 BFR will allow a bullet sized to 451 to drop through but, 452 does not. My inclination is to go with the 452. Thoughts?

Try both, the .452 first. When I was casting with linotype, I had to use a .451 siziing die to get .452 bullets because of the tiny bit of rebound with that alloy. Likely the .452 will serve you best.
