Vintage 94....safe to shoot?!?
« on: July 31, 2006, 09:39:30 AM »
My brother just bought a vintage 94 that turns out was made in 1906.  He claims the action is nice and tight, but I don't think that it neccessarily means its safe to shoot.  Shoot we take it to a smith to have the head space checked...what else to think about before we pull the trigger?

Thx!
Chris
