Are the Taurus Trackers already drilled and tapped for a scope?

No they are not.  If you want one drilled and tapped for a scope, step up to the Raging Bull.  Besides, the RB can withstand heavier loads.   Top end load for a Tracker is a 240 gr at 1350 fps, according to my Tracker Owner's Manual.

The RB isn't D&T either. Both use clamp on bases that attached to the vented rib.
