I posted "Master lock disintegration" on the "Round the Ole' Pot-Bellied Stove" board in May 2006 about my 6-7 year old #15 Master Lock coming apart when the cyinder fell away leaving the hasp in the chain. The responses there provided me with the warranty form that I submitted to their warehouse for consideration.
In July I received a new #15 Master Lock in replacement under warranty. Yesterday I received a check from Master Lock for the return postage I paid.
Ladies and Gentlemen, that is American warranty service and the Corporation that stands behind it.
