colt gold cup question?

I have in my hands a colt gold cup series 80 MKIV. on the left side of the slide it it says " Series 80COLT MKIV", under that it says "gold cup national match". On the right side it says "Gold CUP" and under that it says "CUSTOM ELITE" it is 2 tone, blue on top and stainless underneath. The serial # is GCCE3##. I can't for the life of me find any reference on this specific gun. The info I find is on all stainless versions, and the only reference to any "elite" gold cup is the 10 mm version Delta elite, and this is not that gun. It is a 45 acp.

any info is appreciated and I have picts if that helps

   Go to louderthanwords    it sounds crazy but this is a .45 site they can answer your Question.
